Absolutely not. Our prices are a lot less than bigger web design studios because our overheads are a lot lower. We feel our designs speak for themselves. We pride ourselves in offering you superb results and quality at an affordable price!

We currently charge 50% of the agreed website quote to commence work on the website project unless otherwise agreed beforehand with the client.

When we've received your deposit we will create several mockup designs for your website. If you are not happy with these we provide unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design at no extra charge.

We have an extensive portfolio of work that we hope will give you confidence in working with us. The final 50% is not required until the site is fully complete.

This will vary on the size and complexity of your site.  A simple one page website can be ready in a few days but a large e-commerce store may take several weeks.  When we create your quote we will also give you a predicted time scale for the work. 

If you have a strict deadline to work to we will make very effort to work to your time frame to ensure your website is completed on time.

You may have noticed most website design companies charge by the hour to update your website (even if you just want to tweak a line of text).  These prices can grow and grow and we don't believe you should have to pay for these small updates so we offer free minor updates on every website we host!

Absolutely! You can order domain names through our online ordering system. Our prices start at £5.00 per year for .co.uk domains and £15.00 per pear for .com domains.

Every website we design comes complete with a free .co.uk domain! Also, if we are hosting a website we've designed we will even pay the renewal fees for the domain name very year!

Yes. We can link a domain name registered by someone else to your new website very easily. You have several options on how to do this:

• Forward to the new address

• Change the namesever settings (better for search engines)

• Transfer the domain to us (it will still be registered under your name)

Yes.  Every time we design a website we have several key words and phrases in mind that we build the pages around.  We optimise all page names, titles, keywords and meta tags free of charge with all website packages.

We also offer a more advanced search engine optimisation service for clients looking to increase rankings on certain set search phrases.  Getting a good position in search engines is complicated and can take several months to achieve.  We do all our optimisation by hand and, unlike some optimisation companies, we never make promises we can't keep.

Every search engine has their own method of ranking sites and can take several months to fully index a website.  The whole process can take several months before the full search rankings are determined.  We make sure we stick to each search engine's own guidelines and rules so your website will not be penalised.
